Payment FAQs

When will I get an invoice?

Jobs are invoiced after the scheduled work has been completed. If the work is completed in phases, you may also receive invoices in phases.

How do you accept payment for the work?

We accept both cash and checks. You can pay by ACH via the QR code on your invoice. You can also pay with a credit card or debit card, if you use the payment link in your invoice email. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee.

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon completion of the scheduled job.

Does your company offer military or senior discounts?

Insulation by Cohen’s offers a 5% discount to active military, veterans, and seniors over 65. Please reach out to your salesman with proof of eligibility prior to receiving your invoice. You will receive your invoice after your scheduled work is completed.
